It needs repaired as it’s hard to crank in due to what feels like the spool is rubbing against the inner beauty rings. I’ve had this issue on several of these in the past and would sand a little bit of the rings down and it’d work fine after.

It functions as it should but does have a decent amount of wear and is missing the rod clamp. One cross-bar has a rub mark just passed the black paint and the base-plate has wear as well. The kit makes the reel larger than a normal 113HLW and has the line capacity of a 6/0 Penn Senator.

With a right-hand retrieve and star drag system, this reel is suitable for targeting all saltwater fish species. One piece is broken see last photo for details! Great piece!
