I have had great success with Okuma reels. Budget price yet durable and just work. Have even used their freshwater rated reels in both brackish and true saltwater and they have held up for many years and even decades with a quick rinse when done fishing. Size 55 is good for larger species such as muskie, carp cats in the freshwater side and blues, reds or stripers in the salt or bay side.
